Cinderella - this fanfiction shows a little different side of the original "Cinderella" story. This fanfiction shows from the view of a new charater, the 'servant'. This female servant, who fall in love with the prince that shes serves. In the story, she tries to get close even its not mean to be. By showing it from the whole new side of the story, the happy ending Cinderella story has changed to the sad ending servant story,

Tekken - this is about a game call 'Tekken'. this fanfiction does not contain much story but just brief story line which every 'Tekken' series contains and some 'created' charaters for new series of the game.

Blades of Glory - this fanfiction might have put out what everyone would have thought during the movie 'Blades of Glory'. The movie shows very un-men-like for the both main charaters Jimmy and Chazz. This fanfiction actually decided to show "GAY" side of the both Jimmy and Chazz. The writer shows that as they fall in love with each other by skating together in the pair skating. At the end they finally get together and the story gets a bit nasty. It does not show any ending but anyone can expect the rest.





Pacifier - the fanfiction is a second cersion of Pacifier, so its Pacifier 2. Even though the story hasnt been finished, actually it only has the begining, it seemed very interesting. It showed great relation to the original Pacifier and as this is the Pacifier2, the new charaters has been added, agent Cameron Rivers.

Kung Fu Panda - I think the sotry takes part after the Movie, when every thing is all happy and quite. The story has not been finished yet but the author is trying to make the story like Kung Fu Panda 2. Some new charaters like S and X are included who are brothers of the Shifu. The story has some flash back of Shifu and I think, as the story goes, S will appear as the villan and Shifu and his disciples will try to save the day like the original movie

Kick Ass - this would be more like Funny review rather than a fanfiction. The author calls himself Bum man, which is nothing but Bum man. The author just tells about the charaters of the movie, story line and some funny lines in the movie. This "fan review" just reviews the movie Kick Ass in his kind of way and trying to creat laughter.

300 - The movie 300 meets the new ending with this fanfiction. The author trying to change the ending but I would say it changed the who movie as the changing start from the middle of the movie, which will totally change the ending . The author who did not like the death of the King Leonidas is trying to save the king from getting killed. Soon after the King Leonidas and his 300 Hippeis left to fight for their honour and for Sparta, the rumor spread by the merchants lead the honourable army of Spartan to leave and help King Leonidas. The stroy is not quite finished, actually its only the begining but it could bring the total different ending for the movie 300 and for King Leonidas.

Karate Kid - This fanfiction did not created or changed from the movie Karate kid but it gave a charater's(Dre) thought on a scene. This made me think of the scene and why Dre tries to help and train with Mr Han even in that situation and also how he thinks about Mr Han.

Ninja Assassin - This fan fiction is different from what I expected. This is just a love story from Mika's point of view, waiting for her boyfriend, maybe husband, Raizo to come back from his ninja work. It is somewhat DIRTY and doesnt contains much information except from how much Mika misses Raizo to come back from his work, being Ninja.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarves - It shows Snow White's point of view after she met the Prince Charming. She worries that whether the Prince Charming really loves her, leaving her only friend, the seven dwarves, and her step-mother, the queen, who hasn't been always evil. The story is weak and doesnt carry any story or any kind of information. It just shows a little bit of Snow White's opinion and how she goes on with the prince.

1. Twilight with a Twist from TWILIGHT. (BOOK)

The original story starts with the seventeen year old Isabella Swan, "Bella" who moves to Forks and lives with her father Charlie. She has a normal boring life until she meet Edward Cullen who is one of the vampire in a small town. She doesn't expect anything to change because of him but her life changed completely. Edward and Bella fall in love and promise to be together forever.


However in this fan fiction the author changes story and write that Edward never existed in the world and Bella fall in love with a vampire who is called Rosalie. Focusing on changing main character but the storyline seemed too simple.





 
 
2. My Neighbor Hunters from My Neighbor Totoro. (ANIME)

My Neighbour TOTORO is a story about two young girls, Satsuki and Mei, who have just moved into a new home in the country with father to be near their ailing mother. They found that they are sharing their home with some rather unusual creatures, dust bunnies and some totoros, while the girls were getting settled in the house. They met a very large and old totoro who is the veritable king of the forest and had many adventures with the unusual spirits who live nearby.



In this fan fiction, Satsuki and her younger sister, Mei, have agreed to meet together one day but a gang of three girls were chasing after Mei. Satsuki had to fight and at the same time, ran away from them with Mei. The author tried to make an interesting story... but it seems to be too far and hard to understand...


3. Outside of History Adventure From Back to the Future.(MOVIE)

April 5, 1986, Hill Valley, Marty and Doc decide to go back to prehistoric times and meet their ancestors. They found a group of Australopithecus Afarensis at there and had great experiences. It's a very fascinating and well-written story.

In the original films, 17-year-old 'Marty McFly' who lives in Hill Valley, he met Dr. Emmett Brown who also known as 'Doc' and they go back to past and future by time machine. They experience many things and give a lesson, 'Future can be changed by a little matter'.



4. MR & Mrs Smith FROM Mr. & Mrs. Smith. (MOVIE)

John and Jane Smith is a couple who have been married for 6 years and living a normal life just like other people. However, in reality, they are both skilled assassins working.



This fan fiction is written in the time after the end of the movie. Jane and John Smith were settled into a new home and have peaceful life. However, the couple argued over trifles every time and John decided to have a babe but... Jane said shocking words... "I'm pregnant."


It was interesting and the idea was fresh and unexpected.





5. The Secret Life of Sarah Walker FROM Chuck. (TV Series)

Chuck Bartowski is working as a computer expert in the Nerd Herd at 'Buy More.' Actually, He was intelligent and studied at Stanford University but he was falsely charged and with kicked off the university because of his roommate, Brycee Larkin. At the beginning of the series, Chuck receives an e-mail from Bryce and when he opens it, the all database of the US government's secret information is embedded into his brain. CIA sent two CIA undercover agents who are Sarah and Casey, to protect Chuck.

In this fan fiction, Chuck and Sarah fall in love and finally live together but Sarah has complicated past and a secret. Finally she has to tell the truth to Chuck because somebody chases after her.... who is... Sarah's secret daughter... Chuck gets shocked after he had listened to the Sarah's words... It's the best Fantastic fan fiction I've ever seen, good story.

6. Happy Ending Story From Titanic.(MOVIE)

The story starts with an old woman named Rose Calvert, told her story about her life on Titanic to her granddaughter. She met Jack Dawson who is a poor artist on Titanic which was the biggest ship in the world and they felled in love at first sight. Not long after the ship sank after crashing into an iceberg and sunk down to the bottom of the North Atlanti. Rose survived her life but Jack froze to death.

What would happen if Jack survived from the crashing but Rose didn't know about it? This fan fiction depicts a situation that Jack tried to find Rose everyday and he finally found her. She was homeless and her face was obscured by limp and hair was dirty. Jack took her to his apartment and sweared himself to take care of her forever and never lost her again. It seems to be too fast to the ending and the description isn't clear to understand the story.

7. The Secret Diary Of Cameron Baum FROM Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles's stories. (TV Series)

Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles stories are the long running series on TV that is based on the Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Sarah and John decided to stop running from enemy terminators focus on stopping the birth of Skynet. Cameron who is the most human-like terminator, sent from the future to protect John Connor. They tried to save the human world and fought to enemies.

This fan fiction describes the thoughts of Cameron and how she felt about humans. Every day she wrote a diary about her daily lives and day by day, she seemed to be changed and learnt about human’s emotions... This fan fiction felt like fresh and the emotional connection between character to character was well organised. The problem of this story was that some characters seem to disappear without a notice.


8. District 10's Secret FROM District 9.(MOVIE)

An Alien mothership came to Earth and stayed over Johannesburg, South Africa. Aliens got the refugee camp in a place which is called District 9 and controlled their behaviour by human military for 28years. Multi-National United (MNU), decided to dismantle the District 9 by force. Wikus van der Merwe who was the employee of MNU, he exposed to a strange alien chemical and he changed to alien slowly because of the genetic variation.



3 years after, the mothership left earth, District 9 was relocated outside of Johannesburg and renamed as District 10. One day a girl who has half human and half prawn blood came to the District 10 without a notice and met prawns. The girl got an injury and prawns made a decision... They looked after her... and there were signs of changing... If there were good and clear ending, this fan fiction could be more interested...


9. An Honorable Wife FROM Mulan. (Cartoons)

Mulan is a girl who went into the army for her sick father and baby-dragon Mushu went there with Mulan. Mulan met captain Fa Li who is the son of general and they trained and did battle with Huns together. After the battle, they were suddenly aware that they got more-than friend’s feelings and Fa tried to make a relationship with her.



It's been almost 6 months since Mulan Fa and Fa Li have been married. They live in Fa Li's house with mother-in-law who is a very nice woman.
Mulan is outgoing and enthusiastic about everything she does but everyday hse has to stay at home with mother-in-law. The boredom of doing the same housework things every day is killing her. Mulan has awfully strange feelings one day and suddenly she cannot control the feelings.
The author describes the normal life of married woman perfectly but if the author had written the story a bit longer and explained it particularly, this fan fiction would be more easy to understand and could be better than now..


10. I still love you FROM 10 Things I Hate About You. (MOVIE)

Bianca who is a popular girl in a school and Katarina who doesn’t have any interests in a boy, they are sisters but have never had a boyfriend in their life because father didn’t allow to met a boyfriend before graduate high school. Bianca asked lots of times to get a dating permission with her boyfriend, Cameron, from father and finally she got the permission with one condition that if Katarna has a boyfriend. Cameron tried to search a guy and found Patrick who is a mystery tough guy and paid him for dating with Katarina. It seemed to be going well but the truth always comes out. Katarina knew the untruth love and got hurt from Patrick...

The author has written a new ending of the movie and it was about Katarina and Patrick. Katarina got heart break from Patrick at the dance party and came home with sad mood. Father soothed a crying Katarina and right after she became calm, got a phone call from someone and had gone out quickly. She got a shower to soothe herself and after did a shower she heard a bad news from Bianca that Patrick got an accident and moved a hospital after the party.

Even though the author made a new ending, the story didn't show the ending clearly but interesting story.

Xtina's 10 fanfiction reviews

1. Cold Case : Double-crossed

Cold case released its first episode in 2003 in the USA.  The Philadelphia homicide squad's lone female detective finds her calling when she's assigned "cold cases" - older crimes that have never been solved. It is different from other criminal TV series as it is based on the 'past'.
The fanfiction, Double-crossed, is well-written and organized.  The story is divided into chapters which makes it easier for the readers. Great plot and lines.  However, the sentences are very simple which limits the readers' imagination.

2. Friends : Anniversary Gone Bad

Friends is an American sitcom created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman, which ran on NBC from September 22, 1994 to May 6, 2004.  The series revolves around a group of friends in the area of Manhattan, New York City. The series finale (airing on May 6, 2004) was watched by 52.5 million American viewers, making it the fourth most-watched series finale in television history.   
Anniversary Gone Bad is very Friends.  Things always go the way they shouldn't be going in Friends and they always end in smiles as if the bad turn was nothing.  However, I personally think the fan-fiction is just a simple creative writing that happen to have characters with same names from Friends. There was not any of the Friends jokes. None of the lines would reflect the personalities in Friends. Jokes and each individual's strong characteristics are what made Friends global.  I could not see any of that in this fanfiction.

3. Ghost Whisperer : Entering the Tunnels alone

The series follows the life of Melinda Gordon (Jennifer Love Hewitt), who has the ability to see and communicate with ghosts. While trying to live as normal a life as possible—she is married and owns an antique store—Melinda helps earthbound spirits resolve their problems and cross over into the Light, or the spirit world.  Her tasks are difficult and at times she struggles with people who push her away and disbelieve her ability.  In addition, the ghosts are mysterious and sometimes menacing in the beginning and Melinda must use the clues available to her to understand the spirit's needs and help them.   The show was created by John Gray and was produced by Sander/Moses Productions, in association with ABC Studios and CBS Television Studios. On May 18, 2010, CBS canceled the show after five seasons.
Entering the Tunnels Alone is a continuation of an episode.  The plot goes very well with the actual episode.  I am still not sure why smacking was involved but it definitely was an interesting read and seems like the writer has many fans on-site.  'Ghost Whisperer' is a combination of thriller, drama and romance.  Melinda can talk to dead people and help them.  Some spirits had a sudden death without saying proper goodbyes to their loved ones.  Entering the Tunnels Alone describes what sort of person Melinda is and how this makes her unable to help herself helping the dead ones.  Good read.

4. Ninja Turtles : Even I do

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (or simply Ninja Turtles) are a fictional team of four anthropomorphic turtles, who were trained by their anthropomorphic rat sensei in the art of Ninjutsu and named after four Renaissance artists.  From their home in the storm sewers of New York City, they battle petty criminals, evil megalomaniacs, and alien invaders, all while remaining isolated from society at large.  The characters initially appeared in comic books before being licensed for toys, cartoons, video games, films, and other merchandise.  During the peak of its popularity in the late 1980s through early 1990s, the franchise gained considerable worldwide success and fame.  
Even I do is one of the best fanfictions I have read so far doing this project.  The writer has reflected Raphaello's and Donatello's emotion very well with the perfect description for the readers to actually be aware of what is happening and how they feel.


 5. Batman, the animated series : No more!

In 1992, the birth of Warner Bros. "Batman: The Animated Series" changed the Batman Universe forever. The dynamic series spawned a new technique in animation using black backgrounds that would eventually be dubbed "Dark Deco." Dark Deco gave every scene within Gotham an extraordinary look, redefining the image of the city. The series also revamped the classic characters, casting a unique perspective on their origins and personalities. The series included all the popular characters and even created some new ones. The most significant change was the transformation of the Dick Grayson/Robin character in the "new" 90's costume, resulting in a hipper more adult representation which the character has never seen. The Batman character continued to embody the dark image fans have come to love while maintaining the heroic qualities identified with the character.
Another significant change was the transformation of the Rogues Gallery of Villains. From the ever-popular Joker to the more obscure Clock King, the series displayed each villain's unique personality to perfection and introduced new characters, including the popular Ms. Harley Quinn. Although she wasn't born into the Batman universe until the seventh episode of the series, Harley quickly overshadowed such long time favorites as Catwoman and Poison Ivy. Thanks to Batman: TAS, Harley Quinn will be a staple in the Batman genre forever.  In Fall 1995, the final five episodes aired (85 total episodes were produced) and the curtain closed on Batman: The Animated Series.
The fanfiction No more! was  a good example of a fanfiction that reflects the characterisation of the original.  The setting is similar to many of those in the traditional batman stories.  The way the joker was introduced to the story brought a twist to the plot and raised the tension.   The writer made some attempts to develop the relationships between characters and was well done.

6. Notebook : Like a butterfly

The Notebook is a 2004 romantic drama film directed by Nick Cassavetes, based on the novel of the same name by Nicholas Sparks.  The film stars Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams as a young couple who fall in love during the early 1940s.  Their story is narrated from the present day by an elderly man played by James Garner, telling the tale to a fellow nursing home resident, played by Gena Rowlands.  
Like a butterfly was simply a summary of the whole movie, as the author admits.  However, by including a butterfly as a metaphor of their relationship, the writer has created yet another version of the movie.  A life of a caterpillar turning into a butterfly is a unpredictable adventure.  The love of the young couple in Notebook is demonstrated by making a connection to the tough life of a butterfly. 

 7. Cinderella : Farming Maiden

Cinderella; or, The Little Glass Slipper is a classic folk tale embodying a myth-element of unjust oppression/triumphant reward.  Thousands of variants are known throughout the world.  The title character is a young woman living in unfortunate circumstances which suddenly change to remarkable fortune.  The word "cinderella" has, by analogy, come to mean one whose attributes are unrecognised, or one who unexpectedly achieves recognition or success after a period of obscurity and neglect.  The still-popular story of Cinderella continues to influence popular culture internationally, lending plot elements, allusions, and tropes to a wide variety of media.
Farming Maiden is either written in a hurry or by a primary schooler.  The writer did not even make a little effort to check the spelling nor the grammar.  They both were patchy and made the whole fanfiction look cheap.  However, the plot was imaginative and could have been built into a much better piece with more time and attention.


 8. Sex and the city : The Reckoning

Sex and the City is an American cable television and film series.  Set in New York City, the show focused on four white American women, three in their mid-thirties and one in her forties.  The quirky series had multiple continuing story lines and tackled socially relevant issues such as sexually transmitted diseases, safe sex, and promiscuity.  It specifically examined the lives of big-city professional women in the late 1990s/early 2000s and how changing roles and expectations for women affected the characters.
The Reckoning is a fanfiction that has changed everything we know about Sex and the City.  New York City is smoking up in deadly fire, people are eating their family and friends for survival, even those who have survived the food crisis still suffer from disease and die a painful death.  Carrie is well-known as a fashion-icon who lives high-end life with the husband who loves her like no one else would.  In this story, Carrie has only one cloth left to wear, drink out of dirty water from drain, eats out of out-dated cans and is the only survivor in her city.  This plot is very refreshening and I liked as this opened a whole new perspective of Sex and the City.


9. PS I love you : PS I love you ,too

P.S. I Love You is Irish writer Cecelia Ahern's first novel, published in 2004. The book reached #1 bestseller status in Ireland (for 19 weeks), the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, and the Netherlands.  Set in Ireland, Holly Kennedy is beautiful, smart and married to the love of her life - a passionate, funny and impetuous Irishman named Gerry.  So when Gerry's life is taken by an illness, it takes the life out of Holly.  The only one who can help her is the person who is no longer there.  Nobody knows Holly better than Gerry, so it's a good thing he planned ahead.  Before he died, Gerry wrote Holly a series of 10 letters that will guide her, not only through her grief but in rediscovering herself.  The messages are Gerry's way of informing Holly life goes on.  The messages include various tasks and treats Gerry has left for Holly.  This is his way of letting her know he will always be there for her.  Each letter sends her on a new adventure and each signs off in the same way: "P.S. I Love You."  Holly's mother and best friends, Sharon and Denise, begin to worry that Gerry's letters are keeping Holly tied to the past, but, in fact, each letter is pushing her further into a new future.
This book is one of my all-time-favourite books.  Gerry has proved that love is giving not receiving.  It was grateful to see Holly moving on even though it was through a fanfiction.  I understand how it feels to lose someone from your life.  The pain might become vague but that doesn't mean that person is forgotten.  This is well reflected in Holly's letter when she says 'Love you always'.  This could have liked this fanfiction only because I am a great fan of the author and her books but, it was well connected to the original and had a good flow and continuation from the book.


10.  My sister's keeper : To Be Left Behind

My Sister's Keeper is a 2004 novel written by Jodi Picoult. It tells the story of 13-year-old Anna, who sues her parents for medical emancipation when she is expected to donate a kidney to her sister Kate, who is dying from leukemia.
This fanfiction writer has a great ability to express feelings into words.  Not many people understand how it feels to lose someone and to be left behind.  This fanfiction has really touched me and it was so easy to be connected to the story.  I personally reckon this person has what it takes to be an author and would love to see her/his writing published in black and white.  Totally loved it.

"Night at The Museum"

The movie is about the museum's night guard being the witness of the night life in it. Different old objects and celebrities from the past, getting alive only at night because of a Tablet. It is usually rough, particularly at beginning when Larry just intends the guard's crew. However, by the time, he knows how to deal with the museum's 'dwellers' and they even become friends.
This fan fiction could be sort of a given image of what people might be wondering about. Myself, i have already thought about it but also of why could the fact that they eat couldn't change anything.
 
 
"Meet my dimension" 
Is a cross fanfiction of Kung Fu Panda and Ice Age. The beginning of this fanfiction was really similar to the actual Kung Fu Panda film but as the story continued, the plot did not go well together and has ended up with two different films. 
 
"What I Like About You" 
Holly and Vince have misunderstood each other once again, after Vince follows Holly to Princeton and thinks that she is back together with Henry, while Holly follows Vince to Florida at the back of his car without him knowing. Vince stops in Virginia and sees Holly and disguises himself as Nick and listens as she poors her heart out to him, so Vince can finally understand how Holly feels about him and they can be together at last.

If you are a 'Austin Powers' fan, I'm pretty sure you will be like this fan fiction. Unfortunately, the writer has not completed the story and it has only 4 chapters though, it still fun to read. The story is about Scotty kinnaped Austin Powers to revenge his father Dr. Evil.
 
"King Kong" (Movie)

This story takes the reader into a new adventure of the crew. The crew is going to be paid a huge amount of money if they could kill ten dinosaurs. However, in their return to Skull Island, the dinosaurs are bigger and more dangerous than last time. The battle seems unbalanced. Luckily, a girl Venatosaurus likes Jack, so she helps him and the crew escape.

"Kung Fu Panda Alternate Endings"

This is a very famous film adaptation of the cartoon, I think it more realistic outcome. After undergoing a fierce battle to return for peace, master has panda and the five to make his proud.
